All sleeper mattresses are manufactured to meet the CFR1633 Standard for the Flammability of Mattresses.  A selection of quilting patterns, fabrics, and labels are available for you.  Manufacturing begins with borders and quilted panels using multi-needle high speed quilting technology.    

A state of the art assembly line allows for the manufacturing of sleeper mattresses from individual components to the finished product, all with minimal handling.  This reduces the chances of dirt and damage during the manufacturing process.

The shipping process uses a unique RFID tracking and barcode system for data collection.  This allows you the option of controlling the incoming mattress shipments by scanning the mattresses into your plant when delivered.  This capability allows for the most accurate order filling and shipping process available.
